It was the most wonderful experience. Everyone made me feel so welcome. They answered all my questions and concerns. The doctor was very caring and explained everything as she was taking care of me. I had an overbite with my previous dentures from another facility. The doctor fixed the overbite and my dentures fit perfectly. She is and artist in dentistry. I even took my best friend to have hers done and she's very happy. It gave her so much confidence. I am so happy to see her smile again. I've had so many complaints on my smile from everyone that I know. I've even had people asking me where I went to get them made because they are going to go there to have theirs done. Staff was Amazing! Rafael especially Very Hepful & knowledgeable regarding what to expect & what to do about getting use to New Dentures. He actually gave me a piece of mind about what to expect *Shaved them down a little where my chewing was much more comfortable . Great experience. Whole staff so friendly & caring...meant a lot°°!! ...

All staff members were very helpful and professional. I didn’t remember the lady doctor name but she was outstanding. Due to my time constraints and busy schedule, I couldn’t spend much time there to try out the denture but I returned next day morning and the denture is ready in the afternoon. The technician adjusted the fitting for me and ensured I am comfortable with the new denture. She was great and patient. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Affordable Denture. The price is really Affordable!!!

This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with a dental office. I scheduled what was clearly communicated as an emergency extraction appointment. Instead of addressing the urgent issue I came in for, the staff completely shifted focus to unrelated matters—specifically prior dental work I had done overseas—and attempted to upsell treatments that had nothing to do with my immediate pain. At no point did it feel like my emergency was taken seriously. Rather than providing the extraction I was scheduled for, I was told to come back on another day. This defeats the entire purpose of booking an emergency appointment and shows a complete lack of respect for a patient’s time and condition. To make matters worse, the overall experience felt more like a sales pitch than a medical visit. There is a clear emphasis on pushing additional services rather than delivering the care patients actually come in for. I also question the authenticity of many of the positive reviews, as my experience was completely inconsistent with what is advertised. There are plenty of dental offices that may charge more, but at least they are honest, efficient, and prioritize pati

On my first visit the staff was professional and through. Come to find out the dentist that did my exam was a fill in. His job was to be a temporary for the dentist out for what ever reason.Company wide. Tay and Rafael the assistant and or technicians were awesome.Made the decision on what Denture and partial that I wanted and paid for everything I made an appointment for the next week. Met the dentist she wanted to sale me on a more expensive combo. Felt like I was buying a used car. Came back for my 3rd visit called the fitting. The molds were made of wax they looked good so I was to come back at 3 pm that day. I was called at 1:30 and told the tech wasn't in and my dentures would not be ready. Jennifer asked me to come back the next day. I called to make sure that my dentures would be ready. She assured me that theywould she also said that I could come a half-hour early. My dentures were not ready. I waited over an hour. I am not impressed at all with Affordable Denture. It's a franchise set up and the felling that I get is they are measured by the bottom line. It's the same set up as Aspen Dental.I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
